Rise Recovery is situated in an secure, access controlled estate in Jeffreysbay, away from the distractions and temptations of city life. It is situated close to the Garden Route and Gqeberha, well-known for our famous waves and beautiful surrounds.
We are located approximately 80 kilometres from Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) International Airport and as we have set admission blocks, we offer a shuttle service to and from the airport making it possible to admit adolescents from all over South Africa. Our international clients can either connect to the Port Elizabeth Airport via Cape Town International Airport or via a connection flight from OR Tambo International Airport.
The facility is a modern, contemporary, newly build centre with modern amenities, luxury finishes and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
The facility can admit 12 adolescents and they are accommodated and catered for in shared bedrooms of which all have en-suite bathrooms. Communal areas include a lounge, dining room, therapy rooms and a large open patio. Nursing care is available 24-hours daily with specialists and therapists consulting with the adolescents on-site.
Rise Recovery is an ideal, safe space in which to heal, grow and recover from active addiction.
Applicants will experience the tranquillity of nature first hand in the beautiful surrounds of Jeffreysbay. They will be exposed to a myriad of activities surrounded by fynbos covered trails, sand dune adventures and the beautiful ocean.
The centre applicants will experience nature up close and personal with guided walks through the Kabeljouws Nature Estuary, accompanied by experienced guides in the unmarked all natural terrain. The delight in hiking while being surrounded by wild animals helps in the process of healing, growing and recovering.
